Hi all, it's Devi! I'm a junior majoring in political science with a concentration in international relations, and I would love to be your Competitive Sports Coordinator for the 2023-2024 season! Although I haven't been involved in gymnastics for a long time, I have been in competitive sports my whole life. As captain of both my high school math team and softball team, I coordinated transportation to and from games/meets, ensured that my team was properly registered, kept track of uniforms, and organized fundraisers and banquets. I also coach gymnastics! Managing 21 seven year-olds during a meet is no easy feat, so I am very familiar with how meets work and comfortable with the ins and outs of gymnastics competitions. I also served as the Club Council Representative for an organization at my college last year. I attended weekly meetings as a representative for my club, and advocated for our interests and voiced our concerns. I fully believe that I would make a great Competitive Sports Coordinator, but I would also be honored if you would consider me for Fundraising and Volunteer Chair or Social and Apparel Chair.
