Hi everyone!!! My name is Alisa Krylova and I’m a freshman majoring in Neurobiology and Data Science. I’ll be running for Secretary as my first choice and Media Chair as my second. I was a co-President of my high school Model UN club, where I led club meetings, prepared activities, managed communication with members, and coordinated logistics alongside the other co-presidents. I also managed a summer tennis team, which included attending zoom meetings with tournament coordinators, sending emails about tournament logistics, creating lineups, and tracking scores. Outside of leadership roles, I’ve had a lifelong passion for gymnastics, which not only shaped my work ethic, but also gives me a lasting reason to stay involved with the club! Lastly, I enjoy meeting new people and helping others in any way I can. Given these reasons, I believe I would be a great fit for Secretary! However, as someone who loves social media and photography, I would also love the opportunity to be Media Chair. Either way, I’m excited to get involved with WGC, and work hard to help create a fun and inclusive environment for all! I’d really appreciate your vote :)
